Description
The Department of Neurology at Albany Medical College is seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible Neurologists to join their team. As the only academic medical center in northeastern New York, Albany Medical Center offers a strong clinical environment with opportunities for teaching and professional growth.
This role is primarily outpatient and based across three locations in the Capital Region. Subspecialty training in any area is welcome, and the department is open to shaping a clinical focus that aligns with your interests. You’ll also have the chance to work with neurology residents and medical students as part of the academic mission.
About the Department:
- Established programs in epilepsy, dementia, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, pediatric neurology, pain management, and stroke/neurocritical care
- Collaborative faculty committed to high-quality patient care and education

Qualifications:
- MD/DO or equivalent with board certification or board eligibility in Neurology
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State
- Strong interest in education and mentorship
